Participates in organizational educational needs assessments and quality improvement activities. Works with department managers in a consultative role to assist with educational and competency efforts.EducationBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.ExperienceThree years continuous nursing experience, with Medical/Surgical or Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
