Graphic Designer

Position Graphic Designer – Marketing Team – Onsite – Irvine, CA Responsibilities Act as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format and production. Provide design direction on layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. Manage the visual identity and entire design process from start to end. Create, design, and produce a variety of print and online marketing materials including: Brochures Maps Advertising Postcards Presentations Proposals, emails and websites Collaborate closely with internal teams to define project requirements and deliver creative marketing solutions that meet client goals and expectations. Partner with external vendors to execute projects on time and within budget. Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, including files and imagery. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the marketing team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields. 3-5 years of marketing support services experience, preferably within Commercial Real Estate with at least 2 years of experience in digital design, advertising, and email marketing. Experience in B2B and social media marketing is an asset. Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat); motion, animation, or rich media experience is a plus. Strong understanding of print production, including specs, vendor coordination, and print‑ready file setup. Strong visual design skills with the ability to create effective solutions across digital and print platforms. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform well in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision. Professional, proactive, and collaborative self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities. Compensation Annual salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 Location Irvine, CA Employment Eligibility Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
