Full-Time Patient Service Representative

Location: Touchstone Imaging Aurora
3055 S. Parker Rd., Aurora, CO 80014

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a Full-Time Patient Service Representative to join our Aurora, Colorado team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the imaging center. If you enjoy working in a patient-focused environment and are committed to providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check patients in and out
• Schedule diagnostic imaging appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations as needed
• Accurately enter patient information into the system
• Assist with medical records requests and filing
• Communicate necessary information to the billing department

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations preferred
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
