Prestige Beauty Keyholder & Customer Experience Lead

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our prestige beauty environment. You will coach the sales team, model desired behaviors, and help the store achieve sales and customer service targets. You will also manage cash reconciliation, and share responsibilities for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
