Customer Service Representative

CR Fletcher is partnering with Suburban Propane, looking for the best Customer Service Representative. Join a team of customer-focused, team-centered employees as together you work to help customers with all heating needs.


Job Summary/Responsibilities:

• Respond to a large volume of incoming calls while consistently delivering high-quality, efficient, and accurate customer service.
• Stay well-informed about Suburban Propane's offerings, including products, services, billing procedures, customer onboarding, and delivery/service policies.
• Convey a professional, confident, and friendly demeanor to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Accurately manage customer account information, including creating new accounts and updating existing records

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED preferred
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, data entry and the ability to run and analyze reports
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
