Role Description The BMW Luxury Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site position based at the SONS AUTO GROUP BMW dealership in Union City, GA. In this role, the advisor guides clients through the entire BMW sales process, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations and test drives, presenting pricing and financing options, and finalizing sales documentation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BMW models, features, and technology, following up with leads and existing clients, and providing a premium, personalized experience before, during, and after the sale. The advisor collaborates with sales management, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless client journey and supports dealership sales goals through accurate CRM updates, inventory awareness, and proactive outreach. The role also involves representing the BMW brand in a professional manner, participating in training, and supporting special events and showroom activities. Qualifications Client service and sales skills: strong customer service orientation, consultative selling, ability to build long-term relationships, and professional client communication. Automotive and product knowledge: interest in luxury vehicles, willingness to learn BMW product lines and technology, and ability to explain features and benefits clearly. Communication and interpersonal skills: clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and team members. Organizational and technology skills: comfort using CRM systems, email, and dealership software, with solid time management and follow-up discipline. Business and results focus: goal-oriented mindset, ability to meet or exceed sales targets, and sound judgment in presenting pricing and finance options. Professional qualifications: prior experience in automotive sales or luxury retail is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, college education a plus. Work conditions: ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed, and to stand, walk the showroom, and conduct test drives with clients.
