This role is responsible for greeting patients, managing check-ins, verifying insurance and patient information, collecting payments, and supporting a smooth clinic experience.ResponsibilitiesGreet patients, visitors, and guests professionallyVerify and update patient demographics and insurance informationRegister new patients who have not pre-registeredCoordinate with insurance specialists for referrals as neededCollect and balance co-payments and daily ledgersPrepare next-day appointment schedulesRequest clinic supply orders when neededSupport other front office team members as availableClose and secure the clinic at the end of the workdayOther administrative tasks as assignedQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or GED1–3 years of experience in a healthcare or front desk roleStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic math skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to occasionally travel between clinic sitesPreferred:Experience in a medical office or cardiology settingKnowledge of EMR systemsBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($21.31 - $38.59 based on years of healthcare experience and education)Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with employer matchOpportunities for internal growth and developmentWork Location3525 Ensign Rd NE, Suite B, Olympia 98506 This is an in-office position.
