This organisation is growing fast, winning major Tier 1 enterprise clients and expanding globally. They now need a senior technical leader to rebuild, mature and scale their delivery function so they can successfully onboard the world’s biggest sports and media brands. The Role As Head of Technical Delivery, you will take full ownership of how the company delivers complex, enterprise‑grade implementations for major clients. You will not be writing code, but you must understand the architecture deeply enough to guide engineers, unblock technical challenges, and build a world‑class delivery framework. What You’ll Do Lead the full delivery lifecycle for enterprise migrations and implementations Build, scale and mentor a growing delivery organisation Create repeatable playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and runbooks Own migrations, integrations, scoping, and deployment standards Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success Ensure successful onboarding of Tier 1 customers across sports, media and entertainment Bring modern delivery thinking to a fast, ambitious scale‑up environment This role requires someone who can operate as: A do‑er on day one A builder by month three A global delivery leader by year one What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, candidates must bring a deep background in media technology. This is not a generic SaaS delivery role. Strong technical grounding in media / broadcast / video / streaming / MAM / DAM / content workflows Hands‑on experience delivering complex migrations and enterprise implementations Understanding of media workflows & metadata, ingest → storage → delivery pipelines, API‑based integrations, and cloud‑based content architecture Experience building delivery processes in a scale‑up or high‑growth environment Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder leadership Ability to bring clarity, structure, and technical confidence into an evolving, fast‑paced organisation Bonus Point For Experience with content management platforms (MAM/DAM) Knowledge of transcoding, metadata schemas, or asset management workflows Familiarity with cloud content pipelines (AWS / GCP / Azure) Candidates must be NYC‑based or able to relocate.
