This is an amazing opportunity for a skilled Equipment Owner II to earn $18 to $20 hourly, work 12-hour shifts, and develop line capabilities. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days.
Opportunity to ensure Associate Safety and Food Safety & Quality
Ownership of equipment efficiency and productivity
Development of line capabilities and AM progression
Regular feedback and coaching of General Labor associates

What you'll do as: Equipment Operator Lead
Troubleshooting equipment
Performing minor equipment repairs
Managing line head count
Executing AM systems
Inspecting equipment
Preferred Candidate Might:
Experience in food safety and quality standards
Ability to communicate and problem solve during shifts
Experience in managing production documentation
Knowledge of 6S and Quick changeover standards
Experience in coaching and providing feedback to associates
