Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, New York, NY

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand for rheumatology treatments in New York City and the Bronx. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers while executing territory strategies and achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging market insights to drive sales performance
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Significant demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must reside within assigned New York City and Bronx territory

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
