Office Manager (Sales - Business Purpose Lending)

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized professional to serve in a dual role as Office Manager and Loan Originator.

We are:

CIVIC Financial Services – we provide Mortgage Brokers and Real Estate Investors with a reliable and cost-effective funding source for their real estate investment needs.

Bridge Loans (Fix and Flip, Ground Up, Multifamily, Stabilized bridge) Term DSCR loans (Rentals, Rental Portfolios)

Who you are:

· 3+ years’ experience in BPL lending with a Business Purpose Loan book ($2MM monthly minimum)

· 3+ years’ Leadership experience as an Office Manager

· Have strong communication skills; Comfortable using technology

· Have a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing Loan Originators

· Are dependable, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

What You'll Do:

· Accountability for day to day operational decisions and the effective sales and administrative management of the office.

· Motivate, train and retain effective Loan Originators.

· Track and report key performance indicators to leadership

· Coordinate and attend manager meetings and other company events, as required.

· Continue to originate loans as a team member (Loan Originator)
