Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule: Day 4x12-Hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30)

Assignment Details: 36 or 48 hour options available; block schedules not applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Certification: BLS
• Charting system: Epic
• Patient ratios: 1:6
• Must not reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on a medical surgical unit.
• Monitor patients' health and provide interventions as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care in accordance with facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
