Your Responsibilities

• Oversight of Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake through to final closure.
• Serve as a Client Partner, grasping their hiring requirements, challenges, and cultural fit.

• Utilize Our System to manage candidates, monitor interactions, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that bring long-term value to clients, ensuring significant commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we further our brand and yours.
