Construction Integration Manager

Provide guidance to Lease Provider and GC regarding contract requirements. Perform job walks. Assess and provide feedback regarding schedule maintenance and scope performance quality Request RFQs for Fit-Out scopes labor and telecom materials. Provide status reports to management team. Skills: Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models. Education/Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience with telecom network infrastructure and/or telecom construction project management. 3+ years of schedule management experience. 1+ year of experience with fiberoptics.
