Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
• BLS certification
• New York state license with injection
• 3 years of MRI Tech experience
• Ability to independently scan
• Proficiency in routine MRI exams
• Experience scanning inpatient, ICU, and ER patients
• Experience with Epic EMR
• Experience working with 3T Siemens Skyra and 1.5T Siemens Symphony MRI scanners

Assignment Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Shift hours may be 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• No holiday or weekend requirement

Location Highlights

Albany, New York offers access to major Northeast destinations and a walkable downtown anchored by Empire State Plaza and the New York State Capitol. Washington Park sits minutes from downtown and hosts seasonal events, while the Albany Pine Bush Preserve offers more than 20 miles of trails within about 15 minutes of the city center.
