Job Title: Molding Operator
Location: Worcester, MA 01606
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / 2nd Shift / 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Pay Rate: USD 22 to 28/hr Depending on previous experience
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of molding materials and product characteristics
- Ability to perform density tests to ensure product conformance
- Experience using measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Knowledge of molding equipment and pressing techniques
Responsibilities:
- Mold products using hydraulic, robotic, or manual presses
- Apply molding methods and techniques to shape products
- Form and mold basic product shapes
- Perform density tests on molded pieces to ensure specifications are met
- Use measuring tools and equipment to ensure product accuracy
