Participate & Collaborate on end‑to‑end engineering delivery across front office, middle office, and operational workflows, including trade capture, lifecycle management, workflow orchestration, and platform integrations. Act as a senior technology partner to Trading, Sales, Middle Office, Product Management, Risk, and Operations, translating complex business needs into scalable, resilient technology solutions. Collaborate closely with Core Platform teams, Data Governance, Risk Management, and Control partners to ensure consistency in architecture, data models, controls, and regulatory alignment. Hands‑on experience with strategic trade management, order/execution workflows, lifecycle events, risk integration, confirmations, settlements, or regulatory reporting. Demonstrated success embedding AI/ML‑driven capabilities, automation, or agentic solutions within enterprise platforms. Solid understanding of modern engineering practices, including Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native development, API design, and microservices. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technology and business organizations. Prior experience in FICC or Capital Markets technology, including exposure to ETFs, Rates, FX, Credit, or Macro products and their trade lifecycle workflows. Experience working closely with Data Governance, Risk Management, and Control teams, aligning technology solutions with data quality, lineage, and regulatory requirements. Background in designing and scaling event‑driven, workflow‑centric platforms using modern UI frameworks and distributed architectures. Experience driving technology modernization, reducing technical debt, and improving platform scalability, resiliency, and performance. Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams and large transformation programs. Job Expectations Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for strategic trade management platforms spanning user experience, workflow orchestration, distributed services, and enterprise integration layers. Establish consistent trade data models, workflow standards, integration frameworks, and service-oriented architectures that enable enterprise-wide interoperability and operational efficiency. Ensure seamless integration with trading, risk, finance, operations, settlements, data, and regulatory reporting platforms. Partner with Product, Trading, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Control partners to translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions.
