Night Auditor & Guest Experience Specialist

CMC Hotels is seeking a Full Time Night Auditor / Night Manager for Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. You will ensure guest safety and service during check-in and check-out, handle end-of-day balancing, and coordinate with the prior shift to relay hotel activities. The position requires strong customer service, ability to work independently on third shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), and familiarity with hotel systems such as Inn-Flow and OnQ.
