Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Department: WHC (Wound Clinic)

Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Travel to all three locations: Winston-Salem, Kernersville, and Thomasville.

What You'll Do:

• Assess, stage, and document wounds
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform wound treatments (cleansing, debridement, dressing)
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate patients, families, and staff on wound care and prevention
• Collaborate with providers and care teams
• Ensure infection control compliance
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Experience: 2 years, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required. Wound Certification, preferred.
• Additional Skills (required): Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to provide care with minimal supervision.
• Additional Skills (preferred): Wound certification. Expertise with advanced wound care products and techniques.
