Registered Nurse Telemetry

Telemetry Nursing Position

Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to monitor and support patients with cardiac and other critical conditions. Ensure optimal patient outcomes through diligent assessment and intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Respond promptly to any changes in patient condition or arrhythmias.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
