Project Manager

Is the PM primarily focused on cleaning/migrating legacy data, or are they tasked with building a long-term data governance framework? Are there specific tools involved besides Salesforce (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, or MDM software)?


PM's focus will be working with internal team members (Data team, Data Architect, BA, Data Gov lead, Finance & Business leads, Executives) to manage the Data Quality and Data Retention programs. Azure SQL, Azure Data lake, OvalEdge, or Brighthive (new platform we're exploring) experience/familiarity a plus.


2. Is this "greenfield " (from scratch) implementation, or an optimization of an existing instance? It would also be helpful to know if complex integrations are involved?


Service Cloud implementation will be a new implementation effort. Other Data projects are already underway and not too complex integrations.


3. Will this person manage a team of internal developers and Client directly, or will they coordinate with an external partner?


Mostly internal dev, Client, and internal stakeholders from business units.


4. Is the 7+ years of experience a hard requirement, or would you consider "Salesforce Rockstar " with slightly less tenure if they have a proven track record with Service Cloud?
