- # Job Description# Process Design Consultant* Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Confluence.* Familiarity with SharePoint pages, lists, and document libraries.* Demonstrated ability to simplify and structure complex processes.* Excellent interviewing, organization, and content-structuring skills.* Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content quickly.* Experience with documentation redesign, cleanup, or migration projects.* Familiarity with technical Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency concepts.* Understanding of the relationship and flow from Policy, Standards, Process, and Procedures.*Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
