Specialty Representative - University of Illinois- United States Field Worker

Specialty Representative position in pharmaceutical sales focused on promoting Amgen's therapeutics across oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease areas. Role involves executing marketing strategy, managing customer relationships, and achieving territory sales targets while providing clinical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies and deliver branded sales messages to healthcare customers
• Schedule and conduct medical educational programs with healthcare providers
• Manage territory accounts, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Achieve or exceed territory sales targets through Plan of Action execution
• Develop territory plans and provide feedback on marketing strategy effectiveness to District Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 4+ years sales/clinical healthcare experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6+ years sales/clinical healthcare experience
• Sales planning and organizational skills
• Clinical and technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Results-driven orientation and accountability for sales targets

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annual salary
