We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals new to the marketing field to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about all things marketing, including digital campaigns, content creation, market research, and analytics. As an Entry Level Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with senior marketing professionals to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support content creation for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
