Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeThe Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to define, plan, manage, and deliver small to medium business and Information Technology (IT) projects to achieve desired business results within specified time frames.Location: Fargo, North Dakota; Ramsey, Minnesota; Council Bluffs, Iowa; Eau Claire, WisconsinWork Arrangement: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week.The salary range for this role is:Your New RoleProvide advice and guidance to the business on delivery strategy and plans to ensure alignment with business goals.Maintain work practices following established project management policies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Support planning and implementation of complex initiatives using project management methodology to ensure adherence to deadlines and financial requirements.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to minimize risk and meet project milestones.Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others.Utilize established project management methodology including Project Life Cycle (PLC) and Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver diverse and complex projects.Required QualificationsTertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Preferred ExperienceExperience managing short-term projects.QBE, a global insurance leader, is the proud parent company of NAU Country Insurance Company.
