Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic Reports To: Owner Purpose: To provide maintenance support and maintain preventative maintenance program. Job Duties Valid drivers license required. Pass random drug screening throughout employment. Show up on time, every time. Maintain good attendance. Follow directions of owner & leadership team. To undertake the service, inspection and repair of fleet vehicles, equipment, and dealership vehicles within company guidelines. Work at various locations as necessary. Maintain service vehicle, tools, & mobile equipment, for company use only. Operate various types of heavy machinery such as: skid loader, front end loaders, mini excavators. Complete mobile and cosmetic repairs to vehicles/equipment as needed. Make hydraulic hoses for equipment & customers as needed. Fill out necessary documentation on all equipment repairs and/or service orders. Transport vehicles to outside repair shops as necessary. Maintain safe working environment. Complete other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time. Maintain preventative maintenance on all vehicles or equipment that you are responsible for or use on a daily basis. Maintain tools and shop cleanliness / organization. Maintain maintenance records of all vehicles and equipment. Order parts using PO system, obtaining approval from Owner prior to finalizing orders.
