As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver in Toronto, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls and radio traffic, and supporting security-related dispatch operations.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, phones, and other communication systems, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate the dispatch of site personnel to routine calls, service requests, and emergency situations across the location as needed.
• Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity in logs and reports, and communicate updates to supervisors and/or site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
