Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide short-term individual counseling sessions to clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and stress management.

• Facilitate therapy groups that focus on specific topics, such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills, enhancing clients' social connections and support systems.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, social workers, and educational staff, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on serving a diverse population within the cave Creek community, ranging from children to adults, faced with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
