Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Call Requirements: 1–2 nights per week and 1 weekend every 4–5 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties across a 3-room OR and 1 cystoscopy room in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Support a variety of surgical specialties including General, GYN, Urology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Cataracts
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and uphold sterile field standards throughout all procedures
• Operate and assist with surgical equipment including Storz, Conmed, Steris, and Medivator systems
• Document and manage patient information using EPIC EMR
• Float to other areas of the unit as needed and fulfill on-call obligations including weekend call coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active Certification in Surgical Technology (CST) required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience
• Ability to fulfill call requirements: 1–2 nights per week and 1 weekend every 4–5 weeks
• Footwear designated exclusively for OR use required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including orthopedics, urology, and GYN
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
• Prior travel assignment experience in a surgical setting
