Job Details We are seeking a Content & E-Commerce Specialist to own and optimize product content across direct-to-consumer and retail channels. This individual will be responsible for ensuring product messaging is clear, compelling, and conversion-focused while maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Key responsibilities include managing product pages, developing product messaging and visual content recommendations, conducting competitive research, supporting SEO initiatives, and creating internal product education materials. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to translate product features into customer-focused benefits that drive engagement and sales. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in content management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field Experience managing and optimizing product listings across e-commerce or retail platforms Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Ability to translate technical product information into compelling customer-facing content Excellent research, organizational, and analytical capabilities Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and e-commerce search optimization Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment ON-SITE position 4x a week This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending storytelling, strategy, customer insights, and data to create content that drives measurable business results.
