Parts Counterperson

What You'll Do
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Work closely with service technicians to identify and supply needed parts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service
- Process parts orders, invoices, and inventory transactions accurately
- Follow up on special orders and ensure timely customer communication
- Help maintain an organized and efficient parts department
- Demonstrate initiative and follow-through on customer requests and department responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and follow through
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Parts sales experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
