Pay & Earning Potential

• $1,250 guaranteed weekly pay
• Drivers average $1,400–$1,800 per week

Home Time

Your home-time schedule will depend on where you live.

Ohio Drivers:

• Expect weekly home time

Drivers Outside Ohio:

• Typically out 2–3 weeks
• Several days of home time between trips
• Routes can be targeted when possible to help get drivers home

A typical week dispatches on Sunday , with deliveries throughout the week and a return Friday or Saturday.

Freight & Routes

FST's OTR operation provides consistent refrigerated freight designed to keep drivers moving.

• Reefer freight
• 100% no-touch freight
• Multi-stop truckload routes
• Average 4–6 stops per load
• Freight originates from FST's consolidated warehouse in Grove City, Ohio
• Drivers make deliveries throughout their assigned route and secure backhauls returning toward Ohio
• Routes are not dedicated, but lanes are consistent
• Freight primarily runs east of I-35
• Drivers living farther west may occasionally have additional lane opportunities
