Marketing Analyst

The Maketing Analyst’s the primary responsibility is responding to inquiries from prospects who are interested in refinancing or purchasing a home. The Marketing Analyst will be expected to handle outbound/inbound calls with potential customers and have them answer basic questions. Once a prospect has compiled the answers, the Marketing Analyst will transfer the call to a licensed Personal Mortgage Advisor. Establish customer’s goals for refinancing or purchasing. Gather information about their current situation. Market yourself as well as the company and achieve production goals. Utilize materials, guides and other reference materials to provide best experience.
