Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Myers Counseling Center, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to develop comprehensive treatment plans for individuals and families.

• Facilitating joint therapy sessions with couples while also providing individual therapy, tailoring approaches to meet specific needs.

• Addressing complex family dynamics, including but not limited to communication issues, family conflicts, and relationship challenges.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to aid clients dealing with grief, substance abuse, and adjustments associated with separation and divorce.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Engaging in regular supervision and continued professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including couples navigating relationship difficulties, families facing communication barriers, and individuals dealing with mental health concerns. Specific areas of focus include:

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Must possess a current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Recognizing the critical role our therapists play, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the attractive salary, we provide:
