**Key Qualifications:**

- Associate’s degree in Electro Mechanical (Mechatronics) or over five years of hands-on experience with packaging equipment.
- Proficiency in PLC, HMI, and drive programs – experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley is a bonus!
- Strong electrical aptitude, capable of reading and following IEC electrical diagrams.
- Skilled in installing, servicing, and upgrading industrial machines for optimal efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery control systems using a laptop.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in tuning PID loops and commissioning processes.
- Proven ability to handle change control and understand data integrity standards (21CFRp11).
- Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time, working independently and as part of a team.
- SAP experience is ideal.
- Familiarity with GMP/GDP automation practices is preferred.
