Why This Role Matters As Senior Accountant, you will be a key member of the accounting team, working closely with the Corporate Controller to support a timely and accurate month‑end close, maintain clean accounting records, and strengthen financial controls. You will also assist with merger & acquisition (M&A) related activities as we continue to scale. What You'll Do Support the month‑end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting Prepare and review journal entries and accruals with detailed supporting documentation Own balance sheet account reconciliations; research and resolve reconciling items quickly Support monthly financial reporting, including variance/flux explanations and trend analysis Maintain general ledger integrity; continuously improve close process and documentation Support internal control processes appropriate for a scaling environment Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve data accuracy and cut‑off Assist with M&A activities, including diligence requests and post‑close integration tasks Leverage NetSuite to enhance reporting, close efficiency, and process automation What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin (accounting experience relative) Required 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience (senior/staff level) Strong month‑end close experience and account reconciliations ERP experience required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls basics Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) High ownership mindset (“go‑getter”), comfortable in a fast‑paced, growing environment Multi‑entity and intercompany accounting experience is a plus Able to work onsite at least 2 days/week in Mokena, IL (hybrid) Apply If you enjoy building scalable accounting processes and want to make an impact in a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mojo Medical
