Responsibilities Rinse, scrub, and wash all dishes, silverware, and cookware by hand or through the dish machine — and ensure every item is cleaned thoroughly and stored in its proper place. Set up and monitor the dish machine to keep it running correctly throughout service. Keep drains, disposals, and sinks clear and functioning. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other kitchen surfaces, and remove garbage to designated areas — maintaining a clean, organized environment that sets the whole team up for a strong shift. A clean kitchen is a gift to every cook, server, and chef on your team. Your work directly supports everyone around you — and when you do your job well, the whole restaurant runs better. Qualifications You are at least 16 years old. You are available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
