Together, we're transforming how better health happens.Staff Accountant, Financial ReportingThe Staff Accountant, Financial Reporting will primarily be responsible for supporting the timely, accurate, and consistent preparation of financial statements and reports required by the company, its external auditors, the SEC, and other regulatory authorities.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with the Manager of Financial Reporting to prepare and coordinate SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, XBRL, Proxy)Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes as they relate to external financial reportingConsolidate financial information through Oracle/FCCS for reportingPrepare and review reporting schedules, variance analyses, and account reconciliations supporting SEC filings and management reportingPerform detailed tie-outs of financial statement footnotes and other external reporting materialsPrepare earnings release tables and assist with investor relations reportingParticipate in quarterly reviews and year-end audits, including preparation of audit support and coordination with external auditorsAssist in the evaluation and enhancement of financial reporting and internal controls and processesMaintain compliance with financial reporting controls and documentationCollaborate with accounting, FP&A, investor relations, legal, and operations teamsSupport accounting research projects and preparation of disclosure documentationSupport government surveys, special projects, and ad hoc requestsQualifications Expected for PositionBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field1+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or a corporate accounting environmentStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applicationsComfortable working with general ledger, consolidation, and financial reporting systemsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including accounting, tax, FP&A, legal, and external auditorsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Accounting or related fieldExperience supporting SEC reporting, including Forms 10-Q and 10-KPublic accounting and/or Big 4 experienceCPA, CPA candidate, or actively pursuing CPA certificationExperience with Oracle, FCCS, or similar financial reporting and consolidation systemsThe base salary range for this position is $71,000 - $79,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
