Occupational Medicine Opening Norwich, CTPart TimePermanent PositionWeekends OnlyOutpatientSeeking BC/BE Occupational Medicine Physician to join outpatient practice in Norwich, ConnecticutPosition Highlights:100% outpatient occupational medicine and employee health practiceWeekends OnlyNo CallCollaborative, team-based care environmentOptional academic and teaching involvement with faculty appointment opportunityOpportunity for additional income through optional moonlighting or per diem workResponsibilities:Provide occupational medicine and employee health servicesPerform work-related injury evaluations and treatmentConduct pre-employment, return-to-work, and fitness-for-duty examsCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teamsMaintain accurate and timely documentationQualifications:Board Eligible or Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related fieldActive Connecticut license or ability to obtainCompensation & Benefits:Guaranteed base salary with uncapped productivity bonusSign-on bonusRelocation assistanceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with employer matchGenerous paid time off and holidaysContinuing medical education (CME) allowance and dedicated CME timeReimbursement for licenses, certifications, and professional duesFamily-focused and voluntary benefit offerings
