This position requires someone that can:
• Prepare and cook a wide variety of foods for residents, employees, and visitors, aligning with our philosophy of person-centered care.
• Follow all planned menus and dietary orders, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen in accordance with State, Federal, and company rules and regulations.
• Use all kitchen equipment safely and correctly, reflecting our commitment to providing the highest quality of care.
• Relate to residents and staff in a courteous manner, fostering a sense of community and respect.
• Work as part of a team, contributing to a dynamic and supportive environment.
