We are a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Bowie, MD and surrounding areas. About the Role As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision and 75% remote flexibility, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. This position requires 25% in-person attendance. The remainder can be performed remotely. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs, and more.
