Senior Electrical Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, managing workloads and project timelines Oversee the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and implement quality assurance procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred Minimum of 12 years of experience in hardware R&D, including 4 years in a managerial role Experience in aerospace systems or similar high-reliability industries is highly desirable Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident, or eligible for required authorizations due to export regulations
