We’re looking for a full‑time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art service centers in Townson, MD. About the Position Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly‑mounted tires and wheels on customers’ vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles, our technicians reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. They also complete state‑mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other required automotive services. Qualifications Eligibility requirements: at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States, and at least 1 year of experience and/or training in tire dismounting/mounting, rotating, balancing, or a combination that demonstrates ability to perform duties. A state inspection license is preferred. Physical requirements: ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds repeatedly.
