Position: Psychiatry Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $150–$350/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Ongoing, reviewed monthly
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Psychiatry practice, including diagnostic formulation and medication management.
• Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to ensure high standards.
• Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior .
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions for alignment.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
• Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.
• Fellows must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.

Start Date

• Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.
