Global Finance Associate - ABL/Leveraged Finance

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Global Finance Associate in Chicago to join its team. The role involves working on Asset Based Lending and leveraged finance transactions with both bank and non-bank clients. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate transaction documents. Lead financing transactions. Collaborate with lenders on direct lending and syndicated finance deals. Engage with borrower/sponsor clients on fund finance matters. Requirements Minimum of three years' experience in commercial lending transactions. Experience with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred. Admitted or eligible for admission to the bar in Illinois. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in Illinois or eligibility for admission. Skills Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Ability to lead complex transactions.
