Physical Therapist - Charlevoix - Pelvic Floor Part-time Shift: Day Shift Status: Part Time Location: 14700 Lake Shore Dr, Charlevoix, MI - W Schedule: Part Time Monday - Friday on Days with variable weekends Sign On Bonus: $3,500 (Terms and Conditions APPLY) We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehab Clinic in Charlevoix. You will exercise full responsibility for assessing patient needs and designing and executing individual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice. Key responsibilities include: Assessing the needs for physical therapy and planning treatment plans. Executing and adjusting individual treatment plans. Providing education and support to patients and their families, including written instructions. Maintaining effective collaboration with the interdisciplinary team through clear communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy. State of Michigan Physical Therapy License.
