Job Description
Title: Operating Room RN - Nursing

Schedule:
- Shift: 10 hr shifts, 4 days a week
- Shift Times: 0800-1830
- Call Requirements: 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days a month

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- ACLS Certification

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement a plan of care.
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons.
- Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
- Participate in continuing education to enhance professional skills.
