Threekit's Director of Marketing will run marketing day-to-day. They will be the operational and strategic heartbeat of the marketing function, making sure Threekit's story is clear, our channels are active, and our campaigns drive real pipeline.

This hands-on leadership role includes ownership of the core channels (supported by a deep bench of existing partners) that shape how the world sees Threekit AI on the website, events, email, and social media.

This role will also help shape the larger narrative for a category-defining AI product used by enterprise manufacturers.

This is a hybrid position coming into the Chicago-based office 2 days per week.

Threekit AI is transforming how manufacturers sell. Our suite of products helps buyers and sellers find the right product through image upload, guided flows, and search. Enterprise manufacturers who have complex catalogs are leveraging Threekit AI to drive thousands and hundreds of millions of dollars of pipeline of leads every month.

We're closing enterprise deals and building real momentum, and we are looking for a full-cycle seller to scale this success. You'll work directly with the Threekit AI leadership team in a high-trust, high-velocity environment where we're selling a truly differentiated solution.

What You'll Do

• Owns day-to-day marketing execution across all core channels (website, digital, events), ensuring consistent activity, high quality, and strong alignment with business goals.
• Leads and manages external agency and partner relationships, ensuring they deliver high-impact work and are aligned to priorities, timelines, and KPIs.
• Establishes operational rigor across the marketing function, including campaign planning, calendar management, reporting, and process optimization.
• Shapes and refines Threekit's story, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for enterprise manufacturers.
• Builds pipeline in partnership with Sales, ensuring tight collaboration on targeting, lead flow, and campaign strategy.
• Analyzes performance data, identifies trends, and rapidly iterates to improve ROI and funnel efficiency.
• Partners with leadership to define positioning, GTM strategies, and long-term marketing vision.
• Provides strong internal communication, reporting on performance, insights, and opportunities.
• Brings a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style while setting standards for quality, accountability, and creativity.

What Catches Our Eye

• Marketing at an enterprise AI or Saas company
• Startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred
• Savvy in multiple channels of marketing

Education

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field

This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing

The successful candidate must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of our Chicago office and be present in the office two days a week.

Threekit's salary ranges are determined based on market data for our industry and company size, and take into account work location, skills, experience, and education/certifications.
