Customer Experience Coordinator

Summary As a Customer Experience Coordinator you act as the store's lead ambassador and help deliver a Radically Personal customer journey. You support the efficient operation of the store, shape the in-store experience, and provide exemplary service to maximize sales. You partner with leadership and expert teams to maintain a positive atmosphere and resolve service issues. Responsibilities Exceed client expectations at each visit and maintain a hospitality-focused environment. Ensure team members present professionally and deliver high-level customer service to drive sales. Map and manage clienteling activities for each guest and ensure a seamless customer experience. Partner with store leadership to proactively address service issues and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service. Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills with a focus on relationship building. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
