What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment

Experience Required for Your Success

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED
1+ year of maintenance technician experience
Skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC
Valid driver’s license

Schedule & Requirements

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00PM
On-call rotation (with mileage reimbursement)
